The Workouts

  • 45 minutes
  • 5 minutes to warm-up
  • 30 minutes of work
  • 5 minutes to cool-down and stretch
  • LIVE workouts are Mondays at 12:00pm EASTERN & Wednesdays at 9:30am EASTERN
  • Workouts are recorded to accommodate varying schedules
  • All you need is a mat, a towel for sweat, and water for hydration breaks
  • Options are provided throughout for every fitness level – very new beginners to super advanced
